Our years of experience in community association management have confirmed one important reality: 

One Management Agreement Does Not Fit All.

Each community is different. Large neighborhoods may require on-site staff.  Smaller neighborhoods need consistent oversight from a portfolio manager.  Self-managed communities may just need to consult with a licensed, professional Community Association Manager from time to time.  Or, require help with membership meeting packages and elections.

At Trinity Property Services Group, we believe that custom-made agreements are more effective than boilerplate contracts.  Teamwork is essential to the success of a community, starting with the management agreement.  A successful relationship begins when a Board outlines the specific needs of their community and the management company creates a plan to provide those services.
